From the side of the mountain above Chang Mai From about 1000 feet up, looking down at Chang Mai. Not a lot of big buildings here, despite the fact that this is the second largest city in Thailand. I think their primary economy is tourism (both native and from abroad). Chang Mai has been voted one of the most livable cities in Asia. Very laid back, less traffic, and (for my vote) very westernized.
